Our management team have held positions at some of the UK’s leading flex space operators, and in combining that experience with MAPP’s property management teams, we are the go-to business for owners looking to deliver high-quality flex environments across their portfolio.

Our approach

We are a Flex Operating Partner who work with building owners to create white-labelled workspaces that blend seamlessly within the assets they occupy.

Our goal is not to push our own brand, nor to divide a building into ‘flex’ and ‘traditional’ space. We believe that the future of workspace is one where buildings blend a combination of collaborative and innovative areas, small suites available on flexible lease terms next to larger offices available on long leases, fitted & non-fitted areas, inclusive rent packages or 10 year FRI leases.

Using our position as a management first operator to create a bespoke model for each client, we enable as much or as little of the flex service as is required. Ultimately, RE-DEFINED will become the outsourced flex team for landlords who wish to deliver a portion of flex space across their portfolio, retaining (if they wish) control over design and service level. We will be there to ensure the operations, marketing, leasing and ESG strategies are being implemented professionally and effectively in order to see improved financial and cultural returns from their assets.

The result is an altogether more innovative and transparent approach to operating flexible workspace.
