Forcepoint, a global cybersecurity leader, became the first occupier to take a 6,127 sq. ft. managed lease in Building 1020 at Winnersh Triangle, relocating from Thames Valley Park to a fitted and furnished space.
The agreement launched Winnersh Triangle’s first managed workspace solution, expanded Frasers Property UK’s workspace solutions portfolio, and reinforced the park’s position as a leading destination for technology and data-driven businesses.
