Our role delivers full transparency to Portman, with hands-on Asset Management and a clear strategy to elevate flex performance across the board.

We've created a portfolio of Managed workspaces targeting mature businesses, with a focus on boosting revenue, streamlining operations, and improving accountability.

We've collaborated to create and manage a bespoke web-based platform to showcase and lease space – reducing reliance on brokers and agents, and creating a cohesive, ownable product brand.
