RE-DEFINED was appointed by Starwood Capital and their Asset Manager, Brightbay Real Estate Partners, to take over and operate the 50,000sq/ft flex space at Southbank Central, previously run by another operator.
Within one month, we transitioned the entire building – retaining key staff, re-licensing IT and access systems, and ensuring full operational capacity from day one.
By reusing existing infrastructure and renegotiating key supplier contracts, we reduced CapEX while maintaining a high quality occupier experience.
We successfully negotiated 40 contracts, retaining 90% of existing occupiers and securing over £4.5m in gross rent.
