Our client, Kajima, was marketing a fitted unit of around 4,000sq/ft, which they were getting interest in, however prospective occupiers were coming from serviced offices, and wanted the benefits of being in a serviced environment.

The space was designed for mid-sized businesses, providing a high-quality, self-contained unit with flexible terms.

RE-DEFINED deliver the Managed solution in the background for the occupier.

We delivered exactly what the occupier wanted; their own front door and space, but with all the amenities and experience they had previously within a serviced office.
