Designed with a social mission at its heart, income generated supports Ark, a charity transforming children’s lives through education.

Private offices and studios at EdCity are contemporary, fully serviced office spaces designed for teams of varying sizes.

Each offers abundant natural light, generous desk layouts with integrated power and data, and access to communal kitchens.

Studios are included in a managed package that covers business rates, utilities, service charges, Wi-Fi, 24-hour access, and professional support from RE-DEFINED.

The inclusive, plug-and-play nature of these studios enables swift onboarding and a hassle-free office experience.

Choose from intimate rooms for quick discussions to larger, more formal spaces:

  • Meeting Room 2: Round-table setting for up to 4 people
  • Seminar Room: U-shape space for 16+ attendees
  • The Boardroom: Premium 18-person room with private terrace

All rooms feature contemporary furnishings, natural light, and optional in-house catering. With customisable layouts and member discounts, EdCity provides a high-quality, convenient setting for meetings, workshops, and executive sessions in West London.

We offer versatile event spaces that can accommodate groups from 4 to 100 people.

Our facilities include the Level 9 Boardroom, an 18-seater room with terrace access; a 9th Floor Event Space designed for up to 100 people, complete with a full catering kitchen and advanced audio-visual systems; and The Theatre, a 42-seat venue perfect for presentations and screenings.

The Hall serves as a spacious area for large gatherings or breakout sessions, while the Assembly Room can comfortably seat 100 attendees and can be divided for smaller groups.

We also offer a Seminar Room for classroom-style seating for 18 and two meeting rooms that accommodate 4 and 8 people.

Hot desking at EdCity offers informal yet professional workspaces in communal lounges.

These flexible drop-in desks are supported by 24-hour building access, high-speed Wi-Fi, full services including utility and cleaning coverage, and shared amenities such as on-site café, kitchens, terrace spaces, bike storage, and showers—creating an agile and connected workplace experience.

EdCity includes a dedicated, professional-grade podcast studio - part of its varied media-enabled facilities.

Designed to support recording, streaming, or live sessions, it stands alongside other creative spaces such as the theatre, event zones, and training rooms, offering high-quality audio-visual production capacity within a managed environment.
