The 4,321 sq ft first-floor suite is fitted with 32 dedicated workstations and 18 hotdesks, creating a natural balance between permanent team space and agile working. Two meeting rooms provide privacy when it’s needed, while the dedicated kitchen and breakout area give people room to step away, catch up and reset.

For a more distinctive split-level setup, the ground floor and mezzanine provide a combined 1,951 sq ft. The 1,129 sq ft ground floor has capacity for ten workstations and a meeting room, while the 822 sq ft mezzanine can accommodate a further 14 workstations and six hotdesks.
